About BeeHaven Canine Coaching (BHCC)

My name is Debbie, and I am the owner/training coach for BeeHaven Canine
Coaching.  I have had a passion for animals all my life.  Sometimes I think I
can relate to animals better than humans!  My pets over the years have
enriched my life in many ways and I can't ever remember or imagine pets not
being a part of my life.

My mission is to help pet owners have a better understanding of how dogs
learn, how to communicate and build a better relationship with their dog
through positive reinforcement and reward-based training and have fun!

My training techniques do not rely on physical force or punishment.   I do not
recommend the use of choke collars, prong collars, electric collars or any
physical force.  Instead, I use patience, leadership, management and positive
reinforcement methods which I would like to share with you.

BeeHaven Canine Coaching, LLC was established in March 2007 after
several years of  preparation.  Over the years of sharing my life with dogs,
people always commented on how well-behaved my dogs were.  To me, it
was just the natural thing to do.  I wanted to have a career that involved pets.

I educate myself in the dog training industry and I continue my education
through courses, seminars, conferences, reading dog related resources via
books, magazines, newsletter, and various dog groups.

ABOUT BHCC
Why the "Bee"
in
BeeHaven
Canine
Coaching?

Years ago,
everybody I
knew
collected
something, so, I
asked myself,
"What can I
collect?".  I
looked
up my name,
Deborah, in the
dictionary and
found out it was
Hebrew
meaning
"bee".  So, I
started
to collect bee
items and
decided to
include it in my
business
name.
Me and my training companion,
Buster, during my academy
training at Peaceable Paws.
